Q:  How much does it cost?

A:  It costs $25 for a 10' x 20' plot.

 

Q:  How often do I need to renew my membership?

A:  Once a year.  Your $25 covers a plot from the time you start planting until

      spring of the following year.

 

Q:  Which plot will be mine?

A:  Plots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Q:  Do I need to bring water?

A:  No, water is provided at the garden.  Members have the code to the padlock

      on the water spigot, and there is a hose for members' convenience.

 

Q:  Is there a schedule for planting and taking care of the garden?

A:  No, there is no schedule.  Unlike some community gardens where everyone

      tends one communal area, every member has their own individual plot here.  

      You can plant whatever you like whenever you like and tend your garden plot

      according to your own schedule and preferences.

 

Q:  What's included in my membership fee?

A:  You get your 10' x 20' plot for a year, access to water and a hose at the

      garden, a wide variety of seeds, a planting calendar, and additional

      gardening tips and resources from MU Extension.
